In accordance with national laws, policies and industry regulations, and for the purpose of employee protection, we have developed our own policy and code of conduct for workplace safety. We have passed the SGS audit and obtained the ISO140001 Environmental Management System certification.

We also established a Safety Management Committee in October 2018 exercising  oversight and further improving relevant internal policies, guidelines, and appraisals. The Committee leads all safety inspections or accident investigations, and serves as a center excellence sharing best practices.
